ON PROPERTY LAWS
Mulund Bunts in
association with Bunts law Forum presented the above Seminar on Property
Laws on 18th October 2019 at Hotel Bansuri. Managing
Committee members of Bunts Law Forum
headed by Adv.D.K.Shetty were present. Many Senior Bunt Advocates also made
their presence felt despite their advancing age to express their solidarity
with the Law Forum. Majority of the Mulund Bunts Committee members along with
members of Youth Wing and Ladies Wing partook in this Seminar and made it a
grand Success. This Seminar was a long standing proposition by the Chairman of
Mulund Bunts Legal cell, Mr. Jayant R.Shetty. Finally it culminated into an
educative and motivational seminar conducted by the legal experts from the Bunts
Law Forum.

mentioned that it is necessary for everyone to apprise themselves about the
basic legal aspects about our daily routine. He welcomed all Advocates and our
members who made themselves available for this Seminar. The main speaker was
Adv. Balakrishna Adyanthaya ,who
explained the basic concepts regarding movable and immovable properties and how
our families can avoid the unpleasant legal battles while distributing their
properties to their heirs. He explained the meticulous way of making WILLS.
His presentation ended with a few relevant questions from our members , which
he answered satisfactorily.
Adv. Jayant R. Shetty addressed the gathering about the dire
need for today’s parents to be transparent about their children who attain the
marriageable age. Many marriages have been breaking because of the
non-disclosure of certain medical condition of children which are pre-existing
prior to their marriage.
